I’m Am Christ’s Ambassador!

/ Ann's Short Testimony 

[2Cor 5:20]

“We are therefore

Christ's ambassadors,

as though God were making

his appeal through us.

 

 

 

We implore you on Christ's behalf:

Be reconciled to God.”(2Cor :5:20)

 

 

 

When I was young I had

a big dream around 10 yrs.

 

 

At that time,

I wished to be become

a diplomat as a peacemaker.

 

 

But my dream has changed

many times since then.

 

 

Today in this Scripture,

I was challenged again

through the passage.

 

 

Before God’s calling,

During look back my life,

I had several jobs in my life. 

 

 

First of all, I was always

heavily involved in extra

curriculum activities,

in my high school days.

 

 

So, I was active

in the drawing art club,

dancing, singing -choir(chorus)

and join literary club…etc. 

 

 

Especially I wanted to

study English literature,

because I was interested

in writing.

 

 

Nevertheless after study

I majored in ‘Applied Art’.

 

 

Woman as I am,  I approach

things  very enthusiastically,

 

 

and I’m rather as I am,

I think I enjoy mixing

with others.

 

 

So, I was very active

in my university; club

Broadcasting at school

(Announcer, producer

and D.J.)

 

 

and I joined the “Art-Club’ that

belonged to the   for 4years

as a chair- man in Y.M.C.A.

in Seoul, Korea. 

 

 

After graduating from university,

I made a decision to engaged

in broadcasting as a announcer.

 

 

But God led me a different way,.

So, I had been working

in a high school as a ‘Art’ teacher

for 4years before, I was married.

 

 

 

I worked for a company

as a sales women (Life Planner)

for one year, after I got married. 

 

 

 

Sometime later, I managed

my own shop as a fashion

designer for 2years.

 

 

 

And then, I had good opportunities

for everything because God sent

the blessing of wealth.

 

 

 

So, if I had wanted to I could

have had anything, and this

was a real temptation for me.

 

 

 

If I have a chosen the world

 it would have been easy.

 

 

However, I was’n satisfied

with the jobs.

 

 

Now, I realize that God led me

and trained as His instrument

for a long time in the world.

 

 

Truly, already God knew

me before I was born. 

 

 

“But now listen,

O Jacob, my servant, Israel,

whom I have chosen.

 

 

This is what the LORD says-

he who made you, who

formed you in the womb,

and who will help you:

 

 

 

Do not be afraid, O Jacob,

my servant, Jeshurun,

whom I have chosen.

 

 

For I will pour water on

the thirsty land, and streams

on the dry ground;

 

 

I will pour out my Spirit on

your offspring, and my blessing

on your descendants.

 

 

They will spring up like grass

in a meadow, like poplar trees

by flowing streams.”

(Isa 44:1-4) 

 

 

 

"Remember these things,

O Jacob, for you are

my servant, O Israel.

 

 

 

I have made you,

you are my servant;

O Israel, I will not forget you.

I have swept away your

offenses like a cloud,

 

 

 

your sins

like the morning mist.

Return to me, for I have

redeemed you."

 

 

Sing for joy, O heavens,

for the LORD has done

this; shout aloud,

O earth beneath.

 

 

Burst into song, you mountains,

you forests and all your trees,

for the LORD has redeemed J

acob, he displays his glory in Israel.

 

 

"This is what the LORD says--

your Redeemer, who formed

you in the womb: I am the LORD,

who has made all things,

 

 

who alone stretched out the

heavens, who spread out

the earth by myself…

 

 

After God’s calling, I studied

at the ‘Theological Seminary’

for 3 years, as a student.

 

 

 

The other hand I had 

experienced serve others

during 15 years

 

 

 

as a group leader

(home -cell group)

at church in Korea.

 

 

 

Finally, I realized that I had

found the best work in the Lord

as a missionary of the world.

 

 

 

And I realized God’s provision. 

 

 

who carries out the

words of his servants

and fulfils the predictions

of his messengers,

 

 

who says of Jerusalem,

'It shall be inhabited,'

of the towns of Judah,

 

 

 

'They shall be built,'

and of their ruins, '

I will restore them,'

 (Isa 44:26)

 

 

 

Someday,

my dream will be come true.

I expect to become a diplomat

Actually, already I came here!;

 

 

 

New Zealand as a personal

ambassador and a servant of God

among the people s in the world

until Jesus coming.

 

 

This is my last ministry

and last job.

 

 

Therefore,

I’ll never lose heart again,

because I am Christ’s

ambassador in the world. 

 

 

 

Hallelujah!
