“Nothing is more important

than leadership.”

 

 

It seems that the church

has list its power due to

the lack of leadership.

 

 

I have come to discover

that unless we can develop

effective leadership

within the church,

 

 

we are not doing and 

we have been called

by God to do to 

effectively

 

 

and obediently

serve him. 

 

 

The substance of this books

come from a tram of fifteen

people that have demonstrated

the meaning of synergy.

 

 

This book has dealt wth

the problem resulting foe

lack of leadership,

 

 

and will teach how to

recover belief spiritually. 

 

 

'Garry Wills' defines

the leadership as follows. 

 

 

“Leadership is mobilising

others toward a goal shared

by the leader and followers,

also he includes five lay

attributes as a leader." 

 

1. A leader is one who mobilises. 

 

2. A leader is one whose focus

 is found in influencing people. 

 

 

3. A leader is a person

who is goal driven.

 

 

4. A leader is the one

who had an orientation

in common with those

who rely upon him

for leadership.

 

 

5. A leader us someone

who has people willing

to follow them. 

 

 

George Barna is not

comfortable with those

definitions offered

by Garry Wills

 

 

and he identifies

what makes a leader.

 

 

Some we identify

as a leader.

 

 

1. A christian leader is

someone who is called

by God to lead.

 

 

He is called to servant hood,

but a unique brand of

servant hood this is one

who serves by leading.

 

 

2. A christian leader is a

person of Christ

like character.

 

 

3. A christian leader possesses

functional competencies

the ends of God’s servants.

 

 

The author suggests some

elements to look for whether

or not I have that calling.

 

 

The following eight signs

indicate that you have likely

been called to be a

christian leader.

 

 

1. Sensing the call.

2. Undeniable inclination

3. Mind of leader

 

 

4. Discernible influence

5. The company of leaders.

6. External encouragement

 

 

7. Internal strength

8. Loving it.

 

 

Eventually the pastor -teacher

without leadership fails as a leader,

the church becomes disgruntled

and havoc results.

 

 

Teaching can influence people,

but be notes that leading takes

more than just influence.

 

 

Since we have been living

in the world that keeps changing

and facing with endangering

leadership,

 

 

I have to make up my mind

to be the kind of right leader

who can glorify the LORD.

 

 

I can’t stop forwarding

my calling and will make

the most of mt given life

as a servant to the LORD

 

 

to guide his people to

glorified the LORD.
