Christ, My Redeemer 

/ The Meaning Of

The Jesus' Blood

  [Exo 12:12-13]

"On that same night 

I will pass through Egypt 

and strike down 

every firstborn-

 

 

-both men and animals

--and I will bring judgment 

on all the gods of Egypt.

 

 

I am the LORD.

 

 

The blood will be

a sign for you on the

houses where you are; 

 

 

and when I see the blood, 

I will pass over you. 

 

 

No destructive plague 

will touch you 

when I strike Egypt.”

(Exo 12:12-13)

 

 

Today this Scripture 

tells me about God’s 

mercy and judgement. 

 

 

Most of all, 

 

 

He wants to seperate

his people and others

through the passover. 

 

 

He hates men 

worshipping idols

instead of Him. 

 

 

So, it was a sign. 

Just as the plagues 

were miraculous signs 

of God’s judgement 

 

 

on pharaoh and

his people.

 

 

So, the Lord’s passing over

the Israelites who placed

themselves 

 

 

under the sign 

of the blood was a

pledge of God’s mercy. 

 

 

What a tremendous thing!

 

 

Passover represents 

the redemption of Jesus

and the salvation

of his people, 

 

 

because 

the blood means 

Jesus Christ. 

 

 

He sacrificed and died

on the cross for my sin 

as my Redeemer. 

 

 

Jesus took on human flesh 

to be the atonement 

sacrifice for the sin 

 

 

of mankind in full sprinkle 

your soul with the 

blood of the Lamb. 

 

 

When I received Jesus 

into y my heart as 

my personal Saviour

 

 

by accepting salvation

and by washing my sins 

by the precious blood

of Jesus. 

 

 

“If we claim to have

fellowship with him yet 

walk in the darkness, 

we lie and do not 

live by the truth.

 

 

But if we walk in the light, 

as he is in the light, 

we have fellowship 

with one another, 

 

 

and the blood of Jesus, 

his Son, purifies us

 from all sin.

 

 

If we claim to be without sin,

we deceive ourselves 

and the truth is not in us.

 

 

If we confess our sins, 

he is faithful and just

and will forgive us our sins 

and purify us from all 

unrighteousness.

 

 

If we claim we have not sinned,

we make him out to be a liar 

and his word has no

place in our lives.” 

(1John 1:6-10)

 

 

God the father and 

His son both came 

into me through 

the Holy Spirit.

 

 

Now, the Sovereign Lord,

my father God said, 

 

 

“When I see the blood, 

I will pass over you.”

 

 

 

-O great compassion 

O, boundless love 

my father God.

 

 

I find peace and

shelter under the blood! 

 

 

Therefore, I will eternally

sing of the blood of Jesus

to commemorate 

my salvation. 

 

 

 

Hallelujah!
