    The Nature That The

    Saints Should Have 25

     [James 5:7-12]

    / Anne's Faith Column

    / By Priscilla

    It is important

    to give people a sense

    of mutual trust which

    is one of the necessary

    elements of life,

    but patience plays

    an even greater part

    of our lives.

    Therefore,

    as recorded in the Bible,

    the word of the Lord

    takes a lot of weight

    about patience.

    In addition,

    Jesus, who came to

    this earth to make

    the Word become flesh

    and save mankind,

    was the only

    Son of God who

    patiently prepared

    a long period of

    30 years

    for three years

    of ministry waiting

    for His time.

    Also, he himself

    took up the cross

      to clear our sins.

    To cope with this,

    He endured and put up

    with all kinds of ridicule,

    conspiracy, and crisis.

    He did not point out

    the actions of evildoers,

    but overcame evil

     with forgiveness.

    Here, Jesus' gentle

     nature is revealed.

    He is the thankful Savior

    who has already practiced

    and showed the example

of faith and patience to us.

    The psalmist exhorts us:

    'Do not complain about

     evildoers, but be patient.'

    "Be still before the LORD

    and wait patiently for him;

    do not fret when men

    succeed in their ways,

    when they carry out their

    wicked schemes.

    Refrain from anger

    and turn from wrath;

    do not fret--it leads

     only to evil.

    For evil men will be

    cut off, but those

    who hope in the LORD

    will inherit the land."

    (Psalm 37 : 7-9)

    Therefore, as we go

    forward in obedience,

    hoping in the Lord

    and seeking what

    God desires, each

    one of us will be

    rewarded:

    To be blessed on

    this earth, to be

    praised before God,

    and to enter the

    gate of that glory.

    Therefore, we first need

    a 'right view of faith'

    with which we advance

    according to the guidance

    of the Holy Spirit

    without hesitation,

    delay, or doubt about

the path God leads us to.

    Then, in Christ

    the divine nature in

    which we can participate

    with the correct attitude

    of faith will gradually

    be formed,

    and it will be reflected

    in our lives, and

    eventually we will bear

    the fruit of faith.

    In fact, if you've been

    successful in the

    human relationship,

    You are a real success.

    Busy daily life in

    modern society can

    cause misunderstandings

    and irritability in

    communication,

    can easily burst

    into resentment

    and anger, and can

    keep stress under

    heavy work from

    being relieved.

    These things happen

    frequently in our lives

    and can put us into

    confusion.

    It will take time

    to have inner peace

    and mutual trust.

    As a born-again Christian,

    we should pray for

    a life in which

    we can bear nine fruits

    of the Spirit with the

    help of the Lord.

    In reality, however,

    since there are a lot

    of difficulties involved

    in fellowship

      between people,

    that is, interpersonal

    relationships, the Lord

    Himself informed His

    disciples the guidelines

    for a successful

    human relationship

    through the Lord's Prayer,

    knowing the importance

    of mutual forgiveness

    and fellowship.

    The church is regarded

    as the most sacred place,

but in fact, it is also

    a place where a variety

    of people gather:

    men and women,

    young and old, and

     rich and poor.

    Just as Jesus,

    the head of the church,

    had divinity and humanity,

    the group ('Ecclesia')

    gathered in the church

    has 'diversity' and 'unity'

    at the same time.

    Each member has

    a distinct individuality

    and is weak like

    a fragile jar of clay,

    but the Lord tells us

    that each of us should

    have mercy on each other,

    care for each other,

    and eventually unite

    the members in Chris

    t to become one.

    So what should

    we do as Christians?

    1) We need an attitude

    of going forward humbly

    with obedience.

    "Take my yoke upon

    you and learn from me,

    for I am gentle and

    humble in heart."

    (Matt 11 : 29)

    Therefore, we must

listen to the Lord and go

    forward humbly with

    obedience.

    2) We need an attitude

    to obey to the Lord

    and go forward

    with patience.

    "If anyone would

    come after me,

    he must deny himself

    and take up his cross

    and follow me."

    (Mark 8 : 34)

    We must faithfully

    follow the will of

    the Lord.

    Therefore, first of all,

    we need to listen

    to the Lord, obey,

    and go forward

    with patience.

    3) We must fear God

    and go forward with

     humility and service.

    In order to participate

    in the divine nature

    just as Jesus did,

    we must not spurn

    the name of God,

    and should obey the

    Word immediately,

    and always cherish

    our hearts in which

    we fear God with

    humility and service.

    Prayer

    Thank you Lord.

    For fellowship between

    the saints, please

    allow each one of us

    to show mercy on each

    other as the Lord said.

    Please lead each one

    of us to participate

    in the nature of Jesus

    and become a member

    of Christ who denies

    himself.

Please lead each one of us

    to follow the example

    of Christ

    and willingly

    take up the cross given

    to each one of us!

    Amen.
