Scripture Reading
"But grow in the grace
and knowledge of our Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ.
To him be glory both n
ow and forever! Amen."
( 2 Peter 3:18)
God grants us salvation
and continues to teach us
to live godly lives in grace,
and above all, wants our
faith to grow steadily.
Jesus Christ completely
sacrificed himself
on our behalf.
It means that he has
redeemed us from sin
and cleansed us from
all the law to become
God's own people
who are zealous for
good works, and to be
kinsman-redeemers.
When we think about this,
we can easily see that
God wants our faith to
grow steadily in grace.
However, sometimes
we call ourselves
'the indebtors of
God's love',
but in reality,
there are many times
when we think of God's
grace as cheap grace.
Once we experience
God's grace, 'the Godly life'
must always be consecrated
from the worldly atmosphere.
However, it's hard to live
a life that is distinct
from the world.
God"s Grace should
not be viewed as a mere
experience that does
not affect our lives.
God's grace continues
to affect our present
and even the unknown
future life we will have.
We need to keep the
grace of God we have
received, and constantly
longing for God's grace,
we can grow continuously
in that grace.
In fact, God's grace
comes to each one of us
in the everyday events
that are common in our lives
We must acknowledge
and obey God in
everything we do,
and we must keep
our passion for the
Lord constant,
and we must go forward
relying on the Holy Spirit,
who makes us realize
the truth more.
If we do that, our faith
will continue to grow.
God saves our human race
who were sinners,
and keeps us as the apple
of his eye without ceasing.
What could we be more
grateful for than this?
Therefore, we must realize
God's consideration
for our lives, which
are like dust,
and become Christians
who grow continuously
by looking to the Lord
with unwavering faith.
If so what should we do?
1) We must personally
welcome, acknowledge,
and receive the Holy Spirit,
who generously supports
our nurture and discipline
in God's grace.
2) For this, we must always
beat our bodies and make them
our slaves and long for the Lord.
3) we must ask the Holy Spirit
about our heart's desire
for maturity.
Prayer
Lord! thank you.
Even if we have ten thousand
mouths for the grace that
the Lord has given us,
what else can we say
other than thank you?
Please accept our hearts.
Amen
