After threshing at the time

of harvest, numerous rice

straws can be seen

in the rice field. 

 

 

A bountiful harvest enables

cattle to eat rice straw abundantly

as tasty fodder, too.

 

 

However,

for that bountiful harvest,

the land must first be plowed.

 

 

Farmers must work hard with faith

and hope that a bountiful harvest

will come true even though

there's no grain seen in sight.

 

 

We, too, must actively

and earnestly seek God,

hoping for the spiritual harvest.

 

 

In order to open our hearts

wide to God and sow seeds

that will bear fruit,

 

 

we must break up  our

unplowed ground of the heart

 

 

and plow the ground of

our formal and stereotypes.

 

 

And we must fill my whole

heart with love for the Lord.

 

 

At this time, the Lord says

that these words are necessary

and suitable for me.  

 

 

Even if the fruit can't  be

seen in sight at this moment,

we must have a big vision,

 

 

and we must be ready to

keep the commands

the Lord has entrusted

to each of us.

 

 

We must realize that there

are times when we are

driven into the wilderness

to train us constantly

on this earth.

 

 

Depending  on my attitude,

when the vision, which

cannot come true on my own,

is entrusted to God's hands,

 

 

I will experience t

he meaningful work of God 

in which the world is first 

broken up and changed

 from me.

 

 

When our hearts are steadfast

and we seek God without

relying on others or the world,

 

 

God becomes particularly

involved in our lives.

 

 

Therefore,

the attitude of life that

we absolutely rely on

 

 

and leave ourselves to God

must be prominently

displayed in our lives.

 

 

So, let's do our best

to know God!

 

 

Let's love our Lord

wholeheartedly !

 

 

What is the unplowed

ground of my own?

 

 

It refers to my stereotyped

values: my view of God,

my view of humanity,

 

 

my view of history,

and my view of the world.

 

 

God tells us today

that in order to accept

the new work of the

Holy Spirit,

 

 

we must abandon our

old thoughts, that we

must first reclaim our hearts

 

 

in order to break down

old consciousness.

 

 

Then, how should

I prepare for this?

 

 

1) We must empty our hearts

and return to the state in

which we first met the Lord.

 

 

2) We should know that it is

time to seek the LORD now

and not miss the opportunity.

 

 

3) We must strive to renew

our stereotyped knowledge

and thoughts.

 

 

Prayer

 

 

Lord

 

 

I want to give myself as

I am to You.

 

 

Please love me, who

lacks a lot, and let me 

have a broad mind

 

 

and low attitude

to break up my unplowed

ground!
