for prosperity. 



The city has been

remarkably transformed, 



and the work of upgrade

in the times is becoming

more active. 



A strong wind of change 

will providea more pleasant 



and enriching life for those

 living in New Zealand.
 


Times want change, 

and there's a new wind 

blowing across 

New Zealand. 

 

 

 

This is undoubtedly

the demand of the times

and a radical wish for

prosperity.
