The Opportunity To Learn68

 (The Attitude Of Those

Who Continue To Learn)

 [Luke 2:41-50]

/ Anne's Faith Column

/  By Priscilla

When the young Jesus

was given an opportunity to learn,

he did not miss the opportunity

with  confidence

We who follow Jesus

also need an attitude to

learn continuously.

In today's Scripture,

the young Jesus  entered

the temple, listening to

and asking questions

of the teachers,

and

taking advantage of the

opportunity to learn.

The Lord asks us to

imitate his attitude as well.

God wants us to ask for

His wisdom and knowledge

before God, who is willing to

give us all wisdom without

 reproach.

He tells us to participate

in the feast of God that is

set before us, and not to be

hesitant to eat the food

with all sincerity.

As the Lord set the example

for himself, he asks us to

become Christians with

greater understanding

and wisdom day by day.

At this time, like David,

God wants us to become

people after God's own heart

and become true people who

meet the Lord in the depths

of our hearts.

When we dwell in the arms

of the Lord and become

faithfully prepared in Him,

the Lord will grant us abundant

grace in all things and lead

us to the right path.

If I tried to study with

a humanistic mind, it

would be impossible.

Because

the Lord has planned

and trained me, even if

it is difficult,

I will show

amazing new strength

to overcome any kind

of adversity.

So, what attitude

should we live with?

1) We must not let go of the

learning attitude for the

rest of our lives.

2) We must become children

of God who always ask

where God's will is.

3) We should pray

for deep meditation.

Prayer

Lord!

Praise the Lord for letting us

know the principles of life

in the midst of a busy process.

Lead us to be the ones

who spare no effort and

zeal to explore for the sake

of learning throughout

our lives!

Help us to be  diligent

workers who do not miss

the opportunity the Lord

has given us.

Amen
