[Gen 1:1-23]

In the beginning God! 

There are many religions

in this world.

 

 

But no one has created

the universe with His

authority like God,

 

 

 

and has transformed

such a state of disorder,

where the earth was formless

and empty, darkness was

over the surface of the deep,

into a state of order.

 

 

 

In addition, the heavens

and the earth, and the universe

were created and made possible

only by the power and authority

of God and only by the Word.

 

 

 

Only by the Word!!

What an amazing fact that is!

 

 

 

The omnipresent God created

something out of nothing.

 

 

 

Isn't it that we're are

breathing today by the

grace of God who created

nature in such detail before

creating humans?

 

 

 

In my real life,

my inner world order

was also chaotic,

 

 

 

and I was accustomed

to long wanderings and

despair, so it was empty.

 

 

 

As in today's scripture,

'in the beginning darkness

was over the surface

of the deep,'

 

 

 

so how long have I been

confused because of my

dark and damp spirit?

 

 

 

The atonement of

Jesus Christ on the cross

was made for me.

 

 

 

At the moment

when Jesus stopped his

last breath on the cross,

Jesus said, 'It is finished'.

 

 

 

As soon as the light of the

 Word came to my heart

like a flash of light,

 

 

 

and I realized this truth

and accepted it in my heart,

the Lord washed away

 

 

 

my past sins,

present righteousness,

and future sins at once.

 

 

 

Also, I am truly grateful to God

the Father who generously

sent His one and only Son,

Jesus, to this earth

 

 

 

to cleanse the sins of mankind

and break down the barriers

 of sin between God and us.

 

 

 

Now the Spirit of Jesus Christ! 

With the help of the Holy Spirit,

 

 

 

our spiritual eyes will be

opened and we want to live

in God's great grace and

enjoy the light of light.

 

 

 

 

Lord, who came to heal me

with the Word when I was living

wandering away from God,

unable to decide what

was right or wrong!

 

 

In the face of the

providence of God who

was with the Holy Spirit

in the beginning

 

 

 

and created the heavens

and the earth and all things

only with the word, and 

the wonder,

 

 

 

and greatness of God

the Creator, I, one of the

creatures, cannot hide

my surprise and am at

a loss for words.

 

 

 

With this emotion

and thrill, I want to live

a sincere life, glorifying God

with praise and exalting God,

who created all things only

through the word.

 

 

 

 

As long as I live until the 

day when I return to my

heavenly country,

 

 

 

I want to live and breathe

and feel God's true love.

 

 

 

So, how should we live today?

 

 

 

1) We must thank God

for His great consideration

and love for creating the

heavens and the earth.

 

 

 

2) We must ask the Holy Spirit

to fulfill the mission of

faithful managers.

 

 

 

3) We must deeply remind

ourselves that God is a good

one who wants to fulfill

good works for us.

 

 

 

Prayer

 

 

 

Lord!

 

 

Help me to always cut off

the source of sin

'epidumia' (επιδημία)

full of stubbornness,

 

 

 

pride, ego, and arrogance

that I have not yet blotted out

and I have not yet cleared!

 

 

 

May I never forget the

atoning grace of Jesus

Christ on the cross.

 

 

Lord!

 

 

I thank you from

the bottom of my heart

that because of your merits

a sinner like me dares to join

the congregation of the

righteous,

 

 

 

and join the ranks

of the righteous.

 

 

 

I praise God in spirit,

and l fear and long for

the one and only God.
